On the morning of January 26, 2018, Song Cheng, Secretary of Guazhou County Party Committee of Gansu Province, Zhou Defu, Standing Committee member of Guazhou County Party Committee and executive deputy County Governor of Gansu Province, led a team to visit the headquarters of Youguo Group for inspection and guidance, to learn about the group's operating conditions and market sales, and to conduct in-depth discussions on standardized agricultural products planting and unsalable solutions of agricultural products on 2000 mu of land transfer in Guazhou Township. After the meeting, accompanied by Chairman Fang Zengliang and general Manager Wang Jian, Guazhou County government delegation visited the e-commerce department of Youguo Group.

During this investigation, the two sides reached an agreement to jointly build a green organic planting demonstration base of 2000 mu of cantaloupe.
