Jialun durian is one of the earliest varieties of durian to go on the market every year, usually in March to April, and a small amount in February. The whole fruit shape of Jialun durian is straight and round, each fruit cell is full and even, each durian has 5-6 fruit cells, each cell has 3 to 4 cores, and each flesh is relatively even, containing more than two full strips of flesh, the flesh is light yellow/golden, the flesh is soft and delicate, like butter, sweet and glutinous flavor, and the core is large, this durian mainly tastes its taste, The pulp content is relatively small.
Generally, the single fruit weight of Jialun durian is about 1.5-3.5kg, and most of them are about 1.5-2.5kg. From the bottom, the whole cross section of durian looks like a flower. The whole shell is bright green, the green skin is ripe, and the spines are thin and dense. There is a brown bald spot at the bottom of Jialun durian, most of which are indented, and there is a small bulge in the middle of the bald spot.
