On January 8, 2018, Yang Zhengsheng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and division commander of the 11th Division of Xinjiang Corps, Jia Ti, Deputy Division commander of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Liu Jiaxin, director general of the Bureau of Commerce and other leaders of the delegation visited the headquarters of Youguo Group for a one-day inspection.
